Meet the Director
Mike Gething
Hi. I'm Mike, a husband and father of three adult children, currently living in Hampshire, England. I've been programming for fun since my teens, designing games in Basic on my home PC, and have been programming professionally for over 20 years as a Biostatistical Programmer in the pharmaceutical industry, across a wide range of therapeutic areas.
I am proficient in SAS (including complex STAT, SQL and macros) with several years programming in R, have created and maintained websites (HTML, CSS), built several tools in Power Apps (including an advanced SharePoint-based project management app with high level JSON formatting), and recently expanded into AI app-development using Claude Code.
I have a wealth of experience in project, line and crisis management, team leadership, lead programmer roles, SAS training, and mentoring.
I founded Radiant Coding Limited back in 2018, working as a home-based contractor in the UK ever since, a keen proponent of innovation and excellence, and always open to new challenges.
